Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
  • We Ship our parcels with Shiprocket Service in which Blue Dart, E-kart and Amazon shipping preferably whichever is convenient.
  • Incase if your pin code is not deliverable with Shiprocket service, we will dispatch it through Indian Post Speed post Service ( Please note : Some areas of Jammu Kashmir, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Kerala, Andamans & Nagaland are not deliverable with shiprocket )
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
  • Shipment done with Shiprocket takes mostly 6-7 working days to deliver all over. 
  • Some parts of India Takes 10-15 days depending upon location ( like Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Jammu and Kashmir )
  • Shipment done with Indian Post Speed Post Service can take around 15-20 days depending upon location. ( like Andaman and Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Jammu and Kashmir )

Note : In case your order is not delivered even after the delivery confirmation e-mail/SMS is shared with you, please contact us with in 7 days to report this issue. Issue reported after 7 days of delivery confirmation e-mail/SMS being sent will be automatically rejected.

How Long Will It Take To Get a Reply?
  • We are trying our level best to reply it as soon as possible.
  • But in high rush times or sale period sometimes it can take 24 hours to get a reply
  • Please do not expect a reply on Weekends ( Saturday – Sunday ).

How Much Time Will It Take To Dispatch My Parcel Once Order Placed ?

  • It will take 4-5 Working days to dispatch your order.
  • We will try best from our end to dispatch it in 2 working days. but sometime it can take little longer is there is higher number of orders pending

How Will I Get To Know My Order Is Dispatched Or Not ?

  • Once your order is Shipped, You will get tracking details through your Email / Mobile no. You will get a link there. Clicking on that link you will be redirected to the tracking details page.

How do I place an Order?
  • You can Place an order by going through category wise products or you can simply search for products you are looking for.
  • You can select Qty, Colours, Size wherever available

Can we cancel order any time ?

once order placed no monetary refunds will be given for any reason.

Do I need an account to place an order?
  • Yes, You need to make account to place an Order with us,
  • You can create one simply by entering Email and setting a password for the same.
  • You can add things to your favourites too and add it directly to cart too using your account.

How Do I Track My Order?


Once your order is Shipped, You will get tracking details through your Email / Mobile no. You will get a link there. Clicking on that link you will be redirected to the tracking details page.

Is there any guarantee on the products ?

There is no guarantee / Warrantee on any product.

Can we get refund ?

You will get refund only if you receive any damaged or wrong product and same should be inform to us with in 07 working days.

Will assess your issue and inform you with in 05-07 working days.

If your claim is approved same should be refund to you with in 3-4 working days.

Parcel opening video compulsory for any claim. Show the courier parcel followed by address and tracking details and open the parcel. Take out the product show it clearly, If you find damaged or any other issue must show clearly in the video.

Video should be without pause or cut.

Shall we return product ?

  • We can not take return / replace any product once order placed.
